Scott L. Bennett has resided in South Florida on a part time and full time basis for over 16 years, and he has been active in Our Fund for many years including as current Chairman of the Board.
Scott is the retired Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel of S&P Global, Inc. (Formally The McGraw-Hill Companies) where he worked from 1979 to 2016. Scott was the founder and long time President of the LGBT employee resource group at the McGraw-Hill Companies. Prior to 1979, Scott worked at the Wall Street law firm of Donovan Leisure Newton and Irvine in New York City.
Scott is a Board member of SAGE USA which provides advocacy and services for LGBT elders on a nationwide basis. Scott is an active supporter of many LGBTQ non profit and political  organizations in South Florida and nationally.
Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University Law School and a BA degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan
