WAYS WE SUPPORT AGENCIES
Next Generation Learning Series
The Our Fund Foundation wants its nonprofit partners to achieve success in meeting their missions. In 2023, The Foundation launched its Next Generation Learning Series to support agencies’ institutional aspirations around operations, including governance (the first in the series), fundraising, and other critical aspects of guiding a successful nonprofit. The Foundation’s Learning Series addresses the unique needs and intricacies of doing work in this moment in the LGBTQ community as it relates to donors, staff, and stakeholders. The bonds built between participating agencies are intentional and create connections between agencies supporting LGBTQ causes and people in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Leadership Network
The Our Fund Foundation hosts quarterly meetings of executive leaders serving organizations that advance LGBTQ causes in South Florida. The program serves to unite South Florida’s non-profit community and introduce organizations and leaders to each other with the hopes of identifying areas of interest and potential collaboration.
